Drive profitable growth through analysis, structure, and smart investments in one of Denmark’s most ambitious e-commerce companies.
Do you want to join a fast-paced workplace on an amazing growth journey and accelerate your marketing career? We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is analytical, loves diving into data and numbers, and thrives at the intersection of strategy, analysis, and operational execution.
AndLight is a leading European online destination for premium designer lighting and interiors, proudly owned by Egmont. Today, we showcase more than 20,000 products from over 160 international design brands across 16 markets. We set ambitious standards and pursue continued growth through a scalable and sustainable business strategy, a data-driven digital marketing engine, and a dynamic, analytical team driven by curiosity, collaboration, and execution.
As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will take part in the ownership of our paid marketing initiatives, driving strategy, execution, and optimization. You will act as the key link between performance marketing, our CSMO, and the broader marketing team, ensuring data-driven investments and campaign alignment.
Your primary responsibilities:
Strategic execution: Operations, optimization, and development of PPC activities across all markets, ensuring high performance on paid marketing investment through Google Ads, Meta, affiliate platforms, price comparison sites, etc.
Financial impact: Work data-driven with ROAS/POAS, CPA, margin, incrementality, and profitability to ensure investments align with business goals.
Reporting & insights: Monitor, analyze, and evaluate results at account, campaign, and keyword level, ensuring clear reporting, attribution, and insights are shared with the organization.
Testing & growth: Identify improvement areas, efficiencies, and growth opportunities, and conduct testing within the field.
Cross-channel synergy: Collaborate on audiences and cross-channel efficiency to support market development research and analysis.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have several years of experience working with SEM and performance marketing within e-commerce. You are highly confident in data, analysis and are used to working with complex accounts and large budgets.
We believe you are:
Analytically strong: Highly analytical and enjoy working deeply with data and numbers.
Commercially Minded: You possess a deep understanding of business logic, P&L, and profitability, allowing you to confidently translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Structured & proactive: Structured, methodical, and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and a strong ownership mentality.
Technical expert: You have strong knowledge of Google Ads, and Meta Ads. It is a plus if you have experience with attribution and incrementality analysis.
Communicator: Great communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Take on a full-time role with real ownership, exciting challenges, and continuous learning.
Shape and build a high-performing marketing engine from the ground up, not just maintain it.
