En av våra teamleaders går snart på föräldraledighet och vi söker därför en ambitiös och driven ersättare till vårt moderna e-handelslager i Nybro. I rollen som operativ teamleader arbetar du nära den dagliga driften och ansvarar för att leda och utveckla arbetet inom en av våra lagerfunktioner.

Du coachar och stöttar medarbetare i deras dagliga arbete, som kan innefatta plockning, packning och sortering. Rollen innebär även att planera, prioritera och optimera arbetsflöden i nära samarbete med övrig arbetsledning. Gruppen du ansvarar för varierar i storlek beroende på säsong.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter som operativ Teamleader

Aktivt deltagande i den dagliga driften, exempelvis plock och pack samt sortering av varor
Säkerställa att leveranser sker i tid och i enlighet med uppsatta cut-off-tider
Följa upp och utveckla kvalitet, produktivitet och arbetsmiljö samt hantera eventuella avvikelser
Leda dagliga pulsmöten samt genomföra utvecklings- och återkopplingssamtal med medarbetare
Erfarenhet av arbete i AutoStore-system är meriterande

Vi söker dig som är positiv, initiativtagande och trivs i en ledarroll där du får utveckla både människor och arbetssätt. Du har en coachande ledarstil och motiveras av att skapa engagemang och resultat tillsammans med ditt team.

Du är lösningsorienterad, strukturerad och har ett naturligt driv att förbättra verksamheten.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:

Ledarskap
Logistik och lagerarbete
Lager- eller automationssystem

Arbetstider och omfattning

Vikariat (cirka 1 år)
Dagtid (skift förekommer under vår högsäsong)
